Open Circuit
The electrical circuit is interrupted, preventing current from flowing to the component.
Short to Ground
The circuit is unintentionally connected to ground, causing signal loss or excessive current flow.
Short to Voltage
The circuit is accidentally connected to battery voltage, producing an abnormally high electrical signal.
Short Between Wires
Two electrical wires are unintentionally connected, affecting normal circuit operation.
Circuit High
The control module detects a circuit voltage higher than the specified operating range.
Circuit Low
The detected circuit voltage is below the manufacturer's expected operating range.
High Voltage
The measured voltage exceeds the normal operating limit of the monitored circuit.
